Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons for doing so.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- the date on which you, or a third party you have appointed who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and those goods are delivered as a single shipment;
- the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party you have appointed who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the final item, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, though use of this form is not required.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than within 14 Days to be repaid starting from the day we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you shipped the goods back, whichever of these two dates comes first.
You must return the goods without delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract, to us or to Meyer & Meyer Logistics Center Peine, c/o finkid GmbH, Lehmkuhlenweg 86, 31224 Peine, Germany. to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days submit.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If you use the DHL return label we provide for your return, we will charge a return shipping fee of 5,95 €. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can cover the return postage yourself.
You are only liable for any loss in the value of the goods if that loss stems from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to verify their condition, characteristics and functionality.
Reasons for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured, where their production is materially dependent on the consumer's individual selection or specification, or that are explicitly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly, or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time the contract was formed, which may only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract is concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the seller has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, journals, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for sealed goods that are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, those goods have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their inherent properties;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
