General conditions

1. the raffle is organized by finkid GmbH (hereinafter referred to as finkid). Participation is open to all residents of the European Union who are at least 18 years old. Excluded from this are all employees of the promoter, of finkid as well as of companies affiliated with them, the employees of agencies commissioned by finkid, direct family members of the employees of the aforementioned companies and all persons commissioned with the implementation of this promotion.

2. the promotion starts on 01 April 2021 at 12:00:00 CET and ends on 11 April at 12:00:00 CET. The promoter reserves the right to extend, terminate or cancel the promotion early without giving any reason. 

3. to participate in the raffle, participants must fill in the form at https://www.finkid.de/testkind-fs21-anmeldung. Each participant may enter only once per family. To enter multiple children, the form must be filled out and submitted multiple times with the same email address. 

4. the winner will be chosen by lot. 21 x one finkid shoe package, consisting of one pair of VESI rubber boots and another pair of shoes from the current collection will be raffled. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to fill out a questionnaire after three months. The questionnaire will be used to evaluate the quality of the purchased items.

5. the winner will be notified by email following the draw by April 26, 2021.

6. if there is no response from the participant within 24 hours after the notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. The notification will be made analogously as described in paragraph 5.

7. all costs incurred by the winner and the guests in connection with travel/promotion and general use of the prize shall be borne by the winner and the guests themselves.

8. cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

9. incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Likewise, participation attempts in connection with indecent, violence glorifying, pornographic or inappropriate contributions.

10. all entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be declared invalid and excluded from this promotion.

11. by participating in the promotion, each participant accepts these terms and conditions and, based on the decisions of the promoter and other provisions contained in these promotional materials and instructions at the time of transmission, agrees to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions contained in the Promotional Materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12. by participating in this promotion, participants agree to allow the promoter to verify their identity and personal information.

13. the promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, curtailment or modification of the event to which the tickets relate.

14. the promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it considers that the promotion cannot be carried out as stated in these terms and conditions or due to a virus, software error or unauthorized interference by persons or other circumstances beyond the promoter's control that may affect the administration, security, objectivity or ordinary conduct of the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any conditions, circumstances, losses, non-performance or delays caused by events beyond its control.

15. except in the case of fault, the promoter is not liable for any damage, loss or impairment resulting from participation in this promotion or receipt or use of any prize, or resulting from technical problems, hardware or software problems, interrupted, faulty or unavailable network connections, or problems that may limit or prevent the participant's ability to participate in this promotion.

16. any entrant who participates or seeks to participate in this Promotion with the intent to interfere or attempt to interfere with the conduct of the Promotion in a manner that, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or unfair to other entrants by reason of the manner (including, but not limited to, the following: fraudulently interfering with the conduct of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair acts such as, but not limited to, insulting, threatening, or harassing other entrants or the Promoter. such as insulting, threatening or harassing other participants or the Promoter), may be disqualified from participation in this Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion. In cases where said actions have resulted in a significant detriment to this Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions and the design of this Promotion in a manner reasonably necessary to resolve the issues that have arisen as a result of said actions.

17. entrants who provide false information or make entries on behalf of others will be disqualified at the promoter's sole discretion. Third party entries, mass or multiple entries, entries made through agents/interest groups and any activities that undermine this promotion are not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require the submission of such information as it reasonably deems necessary to verify eligibility, withholding the prize until the Promoter has conducted the verification (in its sole discretion) with a satisfactory result.

18. The decision of the promoter with respect to all matters shall be final and binding. There shall be no recourse to legal action.

19. participants who post or are observed posting on the promoter's Facebook page or elsewhere such comments that in the promoter's opinion are harassing, spiteful or hurtful to other competitors or fans of the promoter or are directly aimed at the promoter will be deleted and said participants will be excluded from the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to report such conduct to Facebook and the account of said participants will be blocked as appropriate pending an investigation.

20. in the event of any dispute regarding the identification of a winner who has made his/her entry online, the entry will be deemed to have been made using the registered user's email account. The registered user is understood to be a natural person who has been assigned said email account by the Internet provider, online service provider or by any other provider responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with said email account.

21. this promotion has not been sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook and is in no way associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion, all participants agree to hold Facebook harmless from any liability.

Privacy Policy

22 By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data for the purpose of carrying out the promotion. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The collection, storage and processing of the participants' data (name, surname, email address, telephone number) is solely for the purpose of carrying out and evaluating the promotion, which may include an exchange of information with third-party service providers. The stored data can be accessed at any time and the consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to j.hoffmann@finkid.de. If consent is revoked, participation in the sweepstakes will no longer be possible. Participants agree to be informed by email about news concerning the promotion during the term of this theme promotion. After the end of the theme promotion, the data will be deleted.
