Shipping
For orders within Germany (domestic) we charge shipping costs of 4,95€.
From a shopping cart value of 150,-€ we ship free of charge within Germany.
Returns are free of charge within Germany. For this purpose, the DHL return label enclosed with the shipment must be used. Alternatively, our service will gladly issue a new return label.
For orders from Austria (foreign countries) we charge a shipping fee of 7,95€ for all orders. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
All prices stated on the internet pages of finkid GmbH include the respective valid legal value added tax. Other price components, such as shipping costs, are shown separately.
Delivery
We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post DHL. The delivery time is usually one to three days. Shipping to foreign countries may differ from this.
Delivery to post office boxes is not possible. Running orders can unfortunately not be changed afterwards.
Delivery is only possible to Germany or Austria. A possible different billing address can also only be issued for Germany or Austria.
finkid GmbH does not assume any liability or responsibility for service providers with a German delivery address who send the goods further abroad or store them for foreign customers (e.g. Switzerland).
Returns
You can return products to us within 14 days. Please make sure they are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Select
Select the items you want to return on the return slip enclosed with the shipment and tell us the reason why. Your feedback is very important to us, because we want to improve.
Pack everything together
Pack the items and the return slip in the shipping box. This has an additional adhesive strip for easy sealing. Stick the return label clearly visible over the old shipping label on the package.

Simply print out the return label and stick it on. Alternatively, you can have the shipping label created at a DHL partner or a Packstation without using your own printer and with a QR code.
Send it back to us
We will pay the shipping costs for your returns. Simply take the package to a DHL partner or a DHL Packstation near you.
Exchange
An exchange is possible if products do not fit or do not please you. Please return your package as described. You can order the products of your choice directly again in our online store.
Complaint
If your products are defective you have the possibility to claim them. Please indicate on the return form if you want to have the same item again or if you want a refund.
Please note that a direct exchange of the goods can only be made in the case of a complaint. Subject to availability, the item can also be exchanged only in the same color and size.
