General warranties

 

 

The consumer is entitled to a warranty for defects in the purchased goods in accordance with the statutory provisions of §§ 437 ff. BGB. In particular, the customer may demand subsequent performance (new delivery or rectification of defects). However, finkid GmbH is entitled to refer the customer to a new delivery if the removal of defects would involve disproportionate effort. Warranty claims expire two years after delivery of the goods. The buyer should assert his warranty claims, stating the order number, his name and address and briefly stating the reasons. At the request of finkid GmbH, the customer shall send the defective goods for inspection at the expense and risk of finkid GmbH to the following address: finkid GmbH, Berliner Str. 46, 10713 Berlin.

 

 

Warranty conditions for finkid BUDDY satchels

 

finkid GmbH, Berliner Str. 46, 10713 Berlin grants you an extended manufacturer's warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase for your finkid BUDDY satchel in accordance with the following conditions.

 

 

finkid guarantees that your finkid BUDDY satchel will be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This applies to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Within the warranty period, we will remedy any material or manufacturing defects in your finkid BUDDY satchel free of charge by repairing it, replacing it with an equivalent product or sending you a replacement part, at our discretion. Replaced products become the property of finkid.

Excluded from the guarantee are damage, normal wear and tear, improper use, exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, accidents and interventions or repairs carried out by you or third parties. Also excluded from the warranty is wear and tear on reflective surfaces and accessories such as pencil cases, pencil cases and sports bags.

If you have a complaint, please contact the respective retailer directly with the proof of purchase and a description of the defect, including a photo if possible. The retailer will check the quality note and inform you whether it is necessary to send in the satchel for further inspection and/or repair.

The costs incurred in connection with the assertion of warranty claims and the shipping risk shall be borne by you.

The provision of warranty services does not extend or renew the warranty period.

In addition to this guarantee, you are of course entitled to the statutory rights in the event of defects. The use of these rights is free of charge and is not restricted by this guarantee.
